Diamond Package

Full-Service Wedding Coordination.

This package is for the bride that just got engaged and is so excited!. But doesn’t quite know where to begin. The full- service offers wedding planning from venue selection, to dress shopping along with her bridesmaids. This is for the bride that wants it all! On advice, what to look for, a planner that will guide her down her wedding vision from the color palettes to the theme, if one is needed. It’s about enjoying the whole process without doing it alone. This package is for you!.

This package is from start to finish of your wedding plans. We offer an initial complimentary consultation with the bride and groom.
Assistance with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues. Five reception site visits
Budget development and management of all vendors.
Contract reviews and negotiations
Personalized planning itinerary and advice.
Recommendation of suitable vendors (e.g. caterers, cake designers, lighting company, officiant, photographer, videographer, musicians (DJ or Bands).
Event design, theme and décor concept development that you wish to incorporate to your wedding. This includes your wedding planning from invitations, floral design, and décor. Day of stationary, lighting, favors, table setting etc.
Etiquette advisement, invitations, gift selections
Providing information to obtain a marriage license and name change
Assistance with wedding attire and accessories
Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors when necessary

Gold Package

Partial wedding planning

This package is perfect for the couple who has the vision of their wedding day in mind or who has managed to plan part of their event. But are now overwhelmed as the day approaches. With this package, we will ensure that you remain organized and focused on what is important for you and the details of your wedding day, all the final details are taken care of. This package includes all services in our “Day of the Wedding” package in addition to the following:

Communication via email, and phone with your planner during business hours
Discuss and assess your budget. Assist you in choosing vendors that are style and budget appropriate.
Vendor referrals for those not yet secured
A comprehensive planning meeting (in person or via conference call) in which we will discuss budget adjustments, final vendor selections, themes, décor, conduct, final walkthrough of site if necessary, florist design if necessary, etc.
Evaluate and review of all final vendor contracts and ongoing communication with and management of vendors regarding their services.
Assist with the final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything on your “to do list".
Providing information to obtain a marriage license and name change
Review and adjust (if necessary) the event layout and timeline

Silver Package

Day of Wedding Management 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding.

Maybe you’ve done all the planning but realize you want to enjoy your Big day without the extra stress about all the details. This package is perfect for you! At Laprisse Wedding Events, we will oversee the final coordination so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day with family and friends.

Consultation appointment as the professional wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within 6 weeks towards wedding day). This meeting is necessary to obtain all necessary information about your wedding. •Preferably, Three (3) One hour meetings at client’s discretion within 4 four months of the wedding date to discuss contracted vendors and obtain an understanding of the vision and goals for the event.
Ongoing contact with your wedding planner via phone and email during business hours.
Preparation of personalized wedding day itinerary
Checking vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
Contact all contracted vendors two weeks prior to the event to confirm and discuss itinerary.
Collection of items (if needed) at rehearsal to be brought and set-up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.
Full-Wedding day coordination
Ensure delivery of flower arrangements to the bride and bridal party along with the ceremony site and venue.
Making sure everyone is on the same page from vendors to bridal party.

Ceremony:

Laprisse Wedding Events will act as the point of contact for vendors on behalf of the bride and groom on the wedding day.
Coordinator serves as a liaison between the bridal party and vendors
Line up and queue the wedding party for a smooth processional
Overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception.

Reception:

Direct the flow and pace of the wedding according to the itinerary
Communicate any changes in itinerary to vendors
Distribute gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
One assistant to wedding day planner for up to 7 hours.

Lastly, you will feel like a guest at your wedding because you are able to relax and enjoy your day!
